So today, Katie and I went to have honeycomb which was managed by Stateland Cafe. I ordered frozen yoghurt with honeycomb, a syringe of honey and chocolate sauce. For the price of $6.50, I think it is pretty worth it because the serving is quite big! The chocolate sauce is so yummy and goes well with the froyo! i thought that it would be very sweet to have both the honeycomb ans the syringe of honey, but suprinsingly, the sweetness was just right! Omg I'm craving for it now while describing it,haha!
After having our honeycomb, we walked to bugis and along the way, we passed by this place which looks quite pretty so we went up and took some pictures there.
We shopped around bugis before making our way down to Standing Sushi Bar to queue. It was still early to queue when we reached the place so we sat down and.... took pictures again,heh.
Started queuing at around 5.30pm till 6pm when the restaurant opens. We ordered 50slices of sashimi (woohoo!), two bowls of rice and hot green tea. We thought that the rice would be the japanese rice that we found it so yummy previously but it taste like plain rice and was quite disappointed. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our sashimi dinner:)
P.S countdown to my korea trip this coming monday!!!
